I love these pans. My mom has one and I took it over! I read the reviews about the handles and I have never had that issue with these, and I have used them for over a year. I use these for everything. They are awesome! And the price is great!

I only write reviews when something is terrible or fantastic. In this case the pan is terrible. The handle heats up as hot as the skillet. Something designed so poorly should be discontinued. I am surprised more reviews don't mention this. Just burnt my hand and now that it is feeling better I am warning everyone I can. $12 at Macy's, looks pretty - waste of money, unless you like to burn yourself. Should be 0 stars.

I've had a few non-stick frying pans in my day - some expensive, some cheap. None have had such dangerous handles as these! Even if you have the heat on low or medium - if it's longer than a few minutes, the metal handles get super hot. I don't really understand why there is silicon pads on the undersides of the handles. You need to touch the tops of the handles to pick up the pans....the nonstick is great, but use a potholder!

I was actually going to buy the Calphalon 12-inch but didn't want to return this one since it was a gift my sweet hubby was thoughtful enough to get for me.
I have had this for a month and have fried eggs, burgers, pan-cakes, chicken and all have been easy to remove from the pan. Nothing sticks & it's easy to clean which is what I really like about it.
That said, I do notice that I have to use a higher heat setting for all my cooking with this pan. With my Cuisinart pans, I have gotten used to using lower settings to cook everything.
One thing to be careful of it when you grip the handle is to make sure your fingers stay on the cool-touch rubber grip under the handle.

I first purchased the 6 Quart Chefs pan a year ago. At that time I was looking for a sturdy Wok that I could stir fry my vegetables in. Used it for the first time and was pleasantly surprised at its performance! I had done some online research regarding what cookware was best and decided upon Belgique. This pan does not stick !!! Go figure ?? Everything slides literally out of these pans! I've owned (3) other sets of cookware over the years and NONE have performed as well as this line of cookware. If you cook daily, you know how important it is to have reliable and quality cookware. Do yourself a favor and get this cookware fast! You wont regret it !
