I have been very satisfied with my copper bottom Tools of The Trade Belgique set bought two and half years ago, so I ordered the set.But I am disappointed with them. The handle does not keep cool as well as the copper bottom pan. When I roasted almonds this evening on low heat, the 10-inch pan's handle got very hot even after only about 20 minutes, which never happened to the copper bottom one. It is regretful that Tools of The Trade lowers the cost by sacrificing the quality.
